The apartments here are clean, the location is perfect being closes to shopping as well as occ, and I felt safe here. Neighbors were pleasant. The staff is kind and always helpful. When living here I needed maintenance and they went above and beyound and addressed the order fast. This is a quit, safe, and nice place to call home.

I was moving from out of state during the pandemic and found Waterford Pines! Surrounded by trees the complex was beautiful and just what I was looking for. Quiet and well maintained inside and out. Front office staff was always available when I needed, if maintenance was needed (only a couple times in 3 years) they were quick and got the job done! I tell everyone about the Pines as I loved living there!

My wife and I have lived here since 2021, and we have been beyond thankful to call this place our home. Management is always super helpful and calm (even after we go up there for packages and maintenance requests, y’all come in clutch so fast ??), and we can always rely on super fast and reliable service. The apartment itself is comforting, and cozy, and having the ability to have our own washer and dryer for laundry is a blessing!

I've been over here since 2014 I've been on both sides maintenance is always been super cool and our hard-working and very personal. Office staff always understanding and never had any problems and have always taken care of any needs ahead as far as special parking and taking care of my two service dogs that I have and not giving me any problems. I was going to move but I am staying I'm just downsizing from two bedroom to a one bedroom.
